Allah strengthens the Prophet’s sight

• Allah said in Soortun Najm, 17

The Prophet’s sight will not wander and will not deviate to the right or to the left and it did not go beyond what he, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, was ordered to see.

Allah enabled the Prophet’s heart with gave it power to see Allah twice with his noble heart. The Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, saw the One Who is not similar to anything without Allah being in a place or direction and without Allah having a body or format or motion or rest.

Allah protected the Prophet’s heart

• Allah said in Soortun Najm,11:

مَا كَذَبَ الْفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَىٰ

The Prophet’s heart did not belie what it had seen.

Allah guarded the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam

• Allah said in Soortul Baqarah, 137

Allah guarded the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, against his enemies and he, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, did not need any of his Companions to guard him.

Allah promised the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, that He will prevent his enemies from harming him by the support of the believers whom Allah will guide; Allah fulfilled his promise.

Allah directed the Prophet’s hand

• Allah said in Soortul Anfaal, 17:

وَمَا رَمَيْتَ إِذْ رَمَيْتَ وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ رَمَىٰ

Allah addressed the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam: the sand that you threw in the battle of Hunayn was by your throwing but in reality Allah is the One Who made the sand you threw fill the eyes of the large army because a hand-full of pebbles cannot do that by the throwing of a human.

Allah made the Prophet’s chest wide in joy

• Allah said in Sooratul Inshiraah, 1-2:

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ

Allah made the Prophet’s chest full with light and was widened. It was widened by guidance, faith and Qur’an’s light. His chest was cut open and filled with wisdom and knowledge.

His heart was taken out, washed with Zamzam water, put back in its place and filled with `Eemaan and wisdom. (Imamul Bukhariyy)

In another occasion a clot was extracted from his heart and then washed. The angel said to him

Your heart is strong and able to memorize what is put in it. Your eyes see well and your ears hear well. You are Muhammad the Messenger of Allah, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam. Your tongue is truthful, your soul is serene and your manner assembles goodness

Allah ordered the angels to fill the chest of the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, with knowledge and wisdom. As mentioned in the reliable hadith that the Prophet’s chest was cut open more than once.

Allah praised the Prophet’s manners

• Allah said in Soortul Qalam, 4:

وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ

The verse means that the Prophet’s has been given great manners.

Lady `Aa’ishah explained this verse and said:

The Prophet’s manners are according to the Qur’an. What the Qur’an ordered the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, abided by it and what the Qur’an prohibited, the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, refrained from it.
